A 2 day non-residential Circlesinging and Bodymusic workshop and concert Saturday 21st October - Sunday 22nd October St John’s Church, Redhill RH1 6QA Tutors Albert Hera - Circlesinging Stefano Baroni - Bodymusic Nikki Franklin - Circlesinging £150 full £75 1 day only, Saturday (workshop with invite to join the concert if you are available), or Sunday (workshop + concert) About this event Nikki Franklin is delighted to bring the exceptional skills of the Italian team, Albert Hera and Stefano Baroni to the UK for the first CircleLand Experience UK since the pandemic. CircleLand Experience is an event born from the desire of Albert Hera and Stefano Baroni to get together to restart from the 'big circle' and look to the future. For the first time since the pandemic, returning to the UK this October, to join with Vocal Leader, Nikki Franklin. The inspiring principle of this meeting is the South African word Ubuntu which means "I am as we are" and expresses the interconnection and and mutual responsibility between people. The circle is the symbol of these bonds, a circle that is inclusive, that is open and attentive to the surrounding reality. CircleLand Experience will be two days full of music, discoveries, learning and emotions. A moment of meeting and collective well-being open both to those who have already made music in a circle and to people who want to experience this for the first time. The music will be delivered in various forms, from the activity of Circlesinging and body music into what we have called SiingBadii, a moment in which voice and body will integrate. Everything will flow into a concert where the workshop participants will be able to experience the beauty of choral improvisation on stage. Please note, this is a non-residential workshop. The closest rail link is Redhill station. There are numerous hotels and accommodation options in Redhill and the surrounding area. We take scheduled breaks during the workshop. Please bring your lunch, though there are shops and a pub within walking distance. We do not provide refreshments but there are tea and coffee making facilities at the venue. A full timetable will be provided to attendees.

Please note: All Cancellations will incur a transaction fee of £10 Places cancelled with over 14 days notice of the start of the course will have the balance refunded Places cancelled with over 7-14 days notice of the start of the course will receive a 50% refund Places cancelled with under 7 days notice of the start of the course will pay the course fees in full
